Delaware's At-Large Congressional District is the statewide seat covering all of Delaware, represented in Congress by Sarah McBride (Democrat). It is home to roughly 1,005,872 people, with a median age of 41.5. The population is about 59% White. The median household income is $83,481, and 35% of adults 25 and older hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. In the 2024 presidential election it voted solidly Democratic (D+15).
